Nordic course in Advanced Renal Cancer Surgery

Welcome to the 2nd Nordic course in Advanced Renal Cancer Surgery on January 23-24th at Karolinska University Hospital, Huddinge, Stockholm.

The course covers a wide range of topics, including live surgeries demonstrating different techniques for treating kidney tumours, along with benign kidney surgeries. Additionally, there will be lectures and discussions covering perioperative prophylaxis, postoperative recovery, and pain management. Surgical skills and strategies for imparting surgical knowledge to younger colleagues will also be discussed, with the aim of promoting competence in kidney surgery.

All participants in the course will receive a diploma, and for doctoral students, the course, upon request, can be part of the doctoral program.

Course fee: 1500 SEK (ex VAT) per person, including meals, excluding accommodation and travels.

Accommodation: Pre-reserved at Scandic Grand Central(1690 SEK), in the city centre very close to the commuter train that will take you to Huddinge. Same venue as where the conference dinner will take place. Please arrive on the 22nd if you can’t make it in time to 09.00 on the 23rd.
